The renovation included full waterproofing preparation, custom tile installation, a frameless glass shower enclosure, integrated shower bench, recessed storage niche, modern vanity installation, and upgraded fixtures throughout. The combination of rich green tile walls, geometric patterned flooring, and matte black accents creates a sophisticated and contemporary atmosphere with a unique designer feel.

From Construction Phase to a Finished Modern Retreat

The renovation process began with demolition, waterproofing, framing adjustments, and detailed tile planning to ensure precise installation. Throughout construction, every element was carefully aligned to achieve clean visual lines and long-term durability. Why Denali?

Removed two non-bearing walls and reinforced the ceiling with a 24-foot LVL beam to open the original galley kitchen into the dining and family rooms. New white oak cabinetry, honed marble counters, and a 48-inch range anchor the space.
