We wanted to keep part of our bathroom intact so we would need to make sure all of our colors would still work. Tom spent many hours working with me and shopping for product at local stores. We got along really well - he is a great guy on top of quality work! He then worked around our schedule and was able to start quickly. He had the shower and floor area quickly demolished and the fun part quickly started. We had a variety of workers based on what was being done each day but the 2 main guys we had every day were Henry and Eder. I like having a main group that I could get to know. They both did great quality work. My husband has worked in construction and was really impressed with the quality and care they took doing such a variety of work - from plumbing to electrical to tile laying and lighting. They both did it all. All of the workers were respectful of our home and careful and just a pleasure to have working with us. On time every day, cleaning up at the end of each day and just very polite. We are beyond happy with the way our new bathroom turned out. Insurance was there to help, but no where near what we had gotten quotes for. We knew the home insurance would never suffice. So we had gotten several quotes. Tom, was the only one who actually sat and tried working with us and guided us. His price was not the lowest, however no one wants to go with the lowest bid anyways. He did offer us some discounts and heled us with finished materials as well. Overall he was a great help and cared to listen to us. We had to leave a review for him. We wanted to keep part of our bathroom intact so we would need to make sure all of our colors would still work. Tom spent many hours working with me and shopping for product at local stores. We got along really well - he is a great guy on top of quality work! He then worked around our schedule and was able to start quickly. He had the shower and floor area quickly demolished and the fun part quickly started. We had a variety of workers based on what was being done each day but the 2 main guys we had every day were Henry and Eder. I like having a main group that I could get to know. They both did great quality work. My husband has worked in construction and was really impressed with the quality and care they took doing such a variety of work - from plumbing to electrical to tile laying and lighting. They both did it all. All of the workers were respectful of our home and careful and just a pleasure to have working with us. On time every day, cleaning up at the end of each day and just very polite. We are beyond happy with the way our new bathroom turned out. Tom, was the only one who actually sat and tried working with us and guided us. His price was not the lowest, however no one wants to go with the lowest bid anyways. He did offer us some discounts and heled us with finished materials as well. Overall he was a great help and cared to listen to us. We had to leave a review for him. When I contacted him for a “small” fireplace project (removing the old fireplace and inserting an electric one), I was really impressed that he worked with our modest budget with FULL service mentality. He did not nickel and dime us and stood by his original quote. It’s hard to come by this kind of integrity and simple honest work these days, and we appreciated it. Another thing to note is that he was extremely responsive and hands-on in his communication, and throughout the project. He was resourceful and helped me find the right stone tiles, and provided creative solutions to cut costs. At the end of the project, he was even making sure to pick up the last piece of debris from our house and scrubbing the tiles to leave it looking shiny and nice. His contractors were also all so pleasant and hard workers – I’m sure it’s because Tom shows respect for their work and maintains great working relationships with them. It was two bathrooms and entire house painting and lighting and a couple rooms to have complete new wiring done. The crew did an excellent job and the quality of work is what we were looking for, and it was at a reasonable cost. We always try to go with the middle. The total project was delivered a week over schedule, which was understanding due to a few hiccups, but the team was a good sport. We did have changed plans and added few projects during the construction phase, and it made us very happy to do so because the reasonable and accommodating they were with the change orders.
