Bright & Functional JADU Bathroom Transformation

This JADU bathroom remodel was designed to create a clean, modern, and highly functional space within a compact footprint. The renovation included a custom walk-in shower with integrated bench seating, recessed shower niche storage, modern vanity installation, upgraded lighting, and premium fixture finishes. Bright white textured tile combined with blue patterned mosaic accents adds visual depth while maintaining a fresh and timeless aesthetic.

From Waterproofing & Tile Installation to a Finished Modern Bathroom

The project began with full waterproofing preparation, shower framing, and custom tile layout planning to ensure durability and precision throughout the installation process. Every stage of construction was carefully executed to maximize both functionality and visual balance within the compact space.

The completed bathroom features a bright modern palette with marble-look flooring, custom mosaic shower tile, integrated bench seating, and recessed storage niches. The combination of clean lines, soft textures, and practical design solutions creates a welcoming and highly efficient JADU bathroom with a polished contemporary finish.

Why Denali?

Removed two non-bearing walls and reinforced the ceiling with a 24-foot LVL beam to open the original galley kitchen into the dining and family rooms. New white oak cabinetry, honed marble counters, and a 48-inch range anchor the space.
